I found Hotel Sogo Recto to be quite basic. the experience had its ups and downs. While the hotel's location is convenient for exams or emergency stays, the lack of comfort in the rooms was disappointing. I had hoped for a pleasant stay, but the subpar amenities made it forgettable.
